Whenever we start using a new 3PL, I get quite nervous with the first shipment. Especially since everything about this shipment was a rush. First, just getting the containers in was a hurdle. Then, we had to make sure the labels and UPC stickers could print. And THEN, the buyer changed the prices for the regular and anniversary price and neglected to tell us until the last moment. This could have easily not made the deadline but FTDI came through and got the job done. Way to make a first impression! Nice work, FTDI team.
The most important thing about FTDI for me is that I trust them.
